Inside Sales Executive

Luxembourg or remote

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to handing-over accounts for smooth integration into operations. You’ll focus on generating new clients for our forwarders by offering them truly comprehensive services.

Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Manage outbound calls with assigned leads in line with business goals
  • Present online booking platform and freight services
  • Add and maintain client information and sales activity in CRM
  • Provide forwarders’ Sales/Ops teams with detailed information about new clients
  • B2B outbound telesales experience is preferred
  • Drive to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in French and English
